My daughter is listed under my account as we're planning together and also as other friends & family. She has set up her own account, should she be showing up in both places under my account or is this a duplicate?

    Boo to you, Kim!

Welcome, foolish mortal, to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I am your panelist, your ghost panelist, and I am thrilled to be answering your question today. The My Disney Experience service makes planning your Disney vacation so convenient. I don't think I could visit the Walt Disney World Resort without it, especially not the mobile app!

In my opinion, using the profile your daughter made herself is ideal when planning Disney vacations with her. You should be able to see your daughter's profile in your Family & Friends List, which can be found within the My Disney Experience tab online. If your daughter has two profiles, you should be able to see them both in your Family & Friends List, assuming you have also connected with her own profile. My favourite trick to avoid confusion is to pick a character avatar for my profile. Indeed, your daughter can go into the "Profile" section online and click on "Change Character." That way, when making plans with her, you can always select the profile with the character she picked and know you are using the right profile! If you want your reservations to be linked to her own profile, which I recommend doing, you should be able to reassign them online. If you need help with this process, however, I suggest contacting a Cast Member via chat, email or phone, as they will be happy to organize this for you!

Now, Kim, how excited are you about all the spooky fun you will experience at the Walt Disney World Resort? Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is one of my favourite offerings at the Walt Disney World Resort as it includes a special parade, fireworks show, entertainment, treats and merchandise. You can even dress up and go trick or treating around Magic Kingdom Park! However, if you are not attending the party, the Halloween fun doesn't have to stop there! Disney Parks Blog just published new Foodie Guides full of spooky treats available throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, so you can still get into the Halloween spirit.

I hope this was helpful, Kim, and that you and your fellow happy haunts will have the most spooktacular vacation on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort trip. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach back out. We love to come out and socialize, much like grim grinning ghosts!

    Have a magical day,
