My daughter is linked to my disney experience app numerous times and I can't make park reservations for her because she has too many profiles, but I can't delete any profiles because they all have current plans.

    Hiya Dara!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sending us your question today! Oh my goodness, Dara, your vacation is coming so soon! Can you believe that in less than a month, you will be on a magic carpet ride on your way to the Walt Disney World Resort? You have picked such a magical time to come to visit with the World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing. Plus, you will be able to enjoy the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival - my favourite.

Now, let's talk about how you can make plans for your daughter! When I read your question, it reminded me of my own issues with the My Disney Experience website. Indeed, I accidentally created two accounts when I first started using the service and ended up in a similar situation as your daughter. The best way to solve this issue is to pick one profile that will be used for everything. For example, you can customize it with a picture of her favourite Disney character, which makes it easier to always pick the right profile. For the existing plans, however, I would highly recommend contacting a Cast Member via email or by calling 0800 16 90 749 (UK). Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents, and they will be able to link all your reservations on the same profile. Then, you could also ask them to remove the profiles that are not used to avoid confusion in the future!

After your reservations are settled, make sure to plan some time to visit the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. With the view of EPCOT in full bloom, beautiful topiaries shaped like your favourite characters, unique activities and tasty treats, this festival is a special offering you will not want to miss! Personally, I always love participating in the "Spike's Pollen-Nation Exploration" scavenger hunt, which requires you to find Spike The Bee throughout the park. Not only is this activity fun for people of all ages, but you even get a fun prize at the end! Also, I would highly recommend checking out the different food booths available. The Corn on the Cob at Flavor Full Kitchen is a must-try in my book!

I hope this was helpful, Dara, and that you and your family will have the most magical time on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. You're as welcome as can be(e)!

    Have a magical day,
