My daughter, my husband and myself are coming to Disney in March. We have stayed at all value, both Port Orleans and the Yatch Club, my question is ...Animal Kingdom Lodge or Wilderness Lodge? My daughter is 15, this is a mommy/daughter vacation:-)

    Hi Alma!!!

I know that you are so excited about your upcoming mommy/daughter vacation!!!

We have stayed at both Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  Both of them are absolutely fantastic!!  Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge makes you feel like you are on the outskirts of Africa and Disney's Wilderness Lodge makes you feel like you have been transformed into the Pacific Northwest, yet you are only minutes from the Magic Kingdom.

If I had to pick one for a 15 year old I would say the Wilderness Lodge, unless your daughter is still amazed by the animals at Disney's Animal Kingdom.  I am guessing she may have outgrown that phase so that is why I recommend Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  The Wilderness Lodge is so tranquil and relaxing and I know that you and your daughter would enjoy it!!

You can't go wrong with either, but that is my recommendation!!

    Have a magical trip!!
