My daughter and I are huge Descendants fans. Just wondering if the D3 premiere happens while we are at WDW do they have a place to watch it other then our room? We Normally have a Descendants Party at home. it would be great to be able to watch with others

    Hiya Jenny,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are huge Descendants fans in my family too, and cannot wait to go back into the "space between" on the Isle of the Lost and Auradon. Don’t the trailers look awesome?! “It’s goin’ down” this summer, and I’m so ready!

Jenny, I haven’t heard anything about a watch party at Walt Disney World Resort for the premiere of Descendants 3, but I do love this idea! Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for news as the premiere gets closer, as that’s where any Descendants-related plans will be revealed. If you’re staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you’ll definitely find Disney Channel on your room TV, and I know my kiddos and I would plan to pick up lots of great Disney snacks so we can be premiere-ready. You might even want to check in at your resort’s front desk to see if there are any Descendants-themed recreation offerings on premiere night – you never know!

If you really want to go all out during your trip, you and your daughter could plan a Descendants-themed day at Magic Kingdom Park. You could Disneybound as your favorite VKs (Villain Kids), and visit shows and attractions featuring your favorites. Hop aboard Seven Dwarfs Mine Train to catch a view of Evie’s mom at the end, catch the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade to see Maleficent in dragon form, and plunge into Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid to see Uma’s poor unfortunate mother at work. You could even add some character dining - I recommend Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White, which offers scrumptious, themed menu items and the opportunity to get a photo with The Evil Queen herself. There are so many ways to be wicked!

I’m sending some “good to be bad” pixie dust that some fun Descendants 3-themed activities, merchandise, and treats pop up around Walt Disney World Resort this summer. You and your daughter will be chillin’ like villains before you know it, and I hope you make the best, most magical memories together.

Wishing you a wickedly wonderful vacation,
    Robyn
