My daughter was hit by a car while crossing a street. She had a broken pelvis and a brain injury. Im worried that at our hotel, we will have to walk a long way to get to the bus stop. Is there any way to get our hotel room close to the lobby and bus stop?

    Hello, Robin!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am sorry to hear about your daughter and understand your concern. You are welcome to note your request on your Walt Disney World Resort reservation and use Online Check-in to request locations. However, given your daughter's situation, it might be best to speak to a Cast Member via the Resort Room Special Request Hotline at 407-939-7807. They will be able to provide the best information about Services for Guests with Disabilities at Disney Resort Hotels that will help your daughter and you have a magical stay. Please let me know if you have additional questions as you continue to plan your visit.
