Hi Alison,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. The love for all things Frozen is strong in my house; my son truly believes he is a Snow King and that one day his icy powers will fully develop. Each time we have a snowfall, he races outside to conjure snowflakes, Elsa-style.
Ever since he made Anna that “Dry Banana Hippy Hat” banner in Frozen Fever, the sensitive and sweet Kristoff has had my heart, so I completely understand your daughter’s interest in meeting Kristoff. As of right now, Kristoff is working behind the scenes to help the Walt Disney World Cast Members keep their supply of ice stocked, so he is not available to meet Guests. He did have a meet and greet last summer at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, so I’ve got my fingers crossed (inside my mittens, of course) that we see him again. I recommend following the
Disney Parks Blog for updates on character interactions.
To get her Kristoff fix, there are three things I suggest for your daughter.
For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is an amazing show – it’s worth attending just to watch the wonder on the faces of the children who attend and sing their hearts out, and Kristoff does appear briefly in the show. Over at Epcot, Kristoff is featured in the enchanting Frozen Ever After attraction. You also don’t want to miss visiting Anna and Elsa’s Royal Sommerhus, where you can meet the royal sisters in their family’s summer home. Be sure your daughter is ready to ask Anna about Kristoff – she tells the
best stories!
Wishing you magic and fun on your vacation,
Robyn
