My daughter is having spinal fusion in June and our trip to Disney World is in October would she be eligible for the das?

    Hello, Melissa!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! A trip to Walt Disney World Resort sounds like the perfect way to celebrate your daughter's recovery from surgery. You can request Disability Access Service (DAS) for your daughter at any theme park Guest Relations Lobby. This service is designed for Guests who are unable to wait in a regular queue due and provides an alternative to waiting in the traditional queue. Some Guests use that time to visit another attraction, get a snack, shop or just sit in a quiet area. Keep in mind that your daughter must be present when you request DAS so that Cast Members can offer the best advice based on her current needs.

Melissa, I'm sending you and your daughter lots of virtual pixie dust for a successful surgery and quick recovery. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance as you plan your magical visit!

    Happy Planning!
