My daughter and grandson will be arriving Wed. October 9.unfortunately we had to book at a Good neighbor hotel Candlewood Suites. My other daughter is staying at Pixar PlaceOct9-12.Can the 2 guests at Candlewood suites have day usage at the Pixar Place pool

Hi Teresa! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

Only Guests of Pixar Place Hotel can use the pool and its associated amenities. I understand wanting to play together on the immersively themed pool deck, but this policy ensures registered Guests have access to these amenities. Depending on the occupancy of the room your family has booked at Pixar Place Hotel, you can speak to a Cast Member at check-in about possibly adding two Guests to the existing booking. There's no guarantee that will be possible, but you can ask about your options.

There are other things you can explore together at Pixar Place Hotel regardless of not everyone being a Guest there. For example, you can dine together and enjoy the public spaces in this joyously-themed hotel. Some of my favorite dining locations are in the Disneyland Resort Hotels, and I always encourage Guests to enjoy the atmosphere in the hotels regardless of where they're staying. They're a real experience!

You might even be able to meet Bing Bong! Speak with a friendly Cast Member or check the Disneyland mobile app to see if Bing Bong is greeting Guests that day. Switch from "Attractions" to "Characters" on the map. You should see Mickey icons pop up. Tap an icon to see the Character and schedule. These details are subject to change, but this is a magical Pixar addition to the hotel you won't want to miss.

    I hope this helps.
