Hi, Tracey!
We never go to Disney without a
stroller! Knowing that our little ones are comfortable whether asleep or awake is must for us to maximize our time and energy!
If you plan to rent a stroller from one of the local Orlando vendors, you will only need a single stroller. These single strollers have the capability to recline so that your little Princess can lie down comfortably in the stroller while you enjoy the park. During our last Disney vacation, we rented a stroller from Kingdom Strollers and loved every minute of it. They delivered the stroller to our hotel and picked it up, too. We just went to Bell Services when we arrived and took it back when we departed!
If you decide to rent a stroller at the theme park entrance, just know that these strollers don't recline. There's plenty of leg room and space for you to store your belongings, but your little Princess will have to be seated the entire time. These strollers are very convenient, and you only have to pay one fee per day. So if you start at the
Magic Kingdom and need a stroller once you get to Disney's Hollywood Studios, just show your receipt from the Magic Kingdom, and you'll be able to use a stroller at the next park, based on availability. These double strollers don't allow for guests to lie down either, so neither of these would be suited for your Princess to stretch out a bit once she's enjoyed her day in the parks.
I hope this helps you to make a decision. If you need more help, please visit with us again soon!, here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Happy planning!
