My daughter will be 5 when we go to WDW in Oct. First time we will need a 5 person room to use the ME from the airport. Would you recommend Riverside, Caribbean Beach, or AS Music? We have stayed at Carr. Beach before in stand. room and loved it! T.I.A.!!

Hi Kristy! Families of five do have some nice options when looking at Walt Disney World resorts. If your budget allows you to consider the Fort Wilderness Cabins or the Art of Animation Family Suites it is worth the look as these offer larger and more complete accommodations for large families.

Of the three choices you mentioned I would strongly suggest the Port Orleans Riverside Resort. This is one of my favorite moderate resorts as I like the location as well as the ambience and atmosphere. You can enjoy walking and exploring the French Quarter resort or take a boat launch to Disney Springs for some great shopping, entertainment, and dining. One of my favorite things to do is to reserve a carriage ride and just enjoy a few minutes of pampering and relaxation. I feel that there is more to do at this resort then the Caribbean Beach Resort.

Obviously, choosing a resort is a very personal choice. Some guests prefer to head back to the same one year after year while others like to stay at a new one for each visit. I have stayed at almost every one and I do have favorites now after years of trying them. What I do tell guests is that they can't go wrong when staying at any Disney resort as the extra magic you get is worth every penny you will pay.
