can my daughter go inside the DVC lounge at Magic Kingdom without me?

Hi there, Lisa! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. I see that you're at Walt Disney World Resort right now, so we don't have a moment to lose!

The Disney Vacation Club lounges are ideal spots for taking a break during a busy day in the parks. We often schedule a visit when we have a long day planned - in summer, it's extra-nice to have somewhere to cool off, enjoy a drink, and decide what we want to do next! DVC Members can visit the ImaginAtrium lounge in EPCOT, or McKim's Mile House at Magic Kingdom Park with up to 4 Guests, or the number of Guests on the resort reservation.

Unfortunately, your daughter cannot access the lounge without you, unless she is also listed as an owner on your Membership. The DVC Cast Members at the lounges verify that anyone visiting has a digital Member Card with a "Y" and also check a photo ID.

I'm sorry this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, but hopefully the whole crew will be able to enjoy some downtime together in the lounges during your visit. Please don't hesitate to come see us again at planDisney if we can help with any other questions.

    Stay Magical,
