    My daughter is gluten free and many of our favorite restaurants will be closed when we return to WDW this September. Is there a way to find out which restaurants have gluten free options? Most allergy menus aren't available online.

    Hi ya, Lindsay!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we’re so happy to hEAR from you today!  Walt Disney World Resort is fantastic when it comes to Special Dietary Requests. If you do not see some of your favorite “go-to” restaurants listed here, I recommend sending an email to the Special Dietary team at, Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com. The team there will be able to assist you in navigating the dining process so that your daughter can enjoy all the delicious offerings available to her!

    I was able to find a few restaurants that display their gluten/wheat allergy-friendly options. These are Quick-Service locations that also accept Mobile Orders, which will come in handy during your upcoming visit. Some of those available menus can be found at; Flame Tree Barbecue, Backlot Express, and Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café, just to name a few. 

    If you have any questions about the menu once you arrive, go ahead and ask! A special diets-trained Cast Member or a chef, will be able to assist you and discuss the special dietary needs upon the arrival at the restaurant.
