My daughter has a gluten allergy and I am wondering if any of the quick service places offer a gluten free option. If not are we able to leave the park and come back in after a meal?

Welcome Jennifer! Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I have good news! Yes, you are allowed to leave the park and return later on the same day if you desire. However, I don’t think it will be necessary because the Walt Disney World Resort is ready for welcoming guests with food allergies and special diet needs. Cast members at the restaurants are prepared to help your family. If you arrive at any quick-service restaurant, just tell a cast member about the food allergy; and they will be glad to help you find a safe alternative for your daughter. Some restaurants will even offer an allergy-friendly menu.
I suggest you visit Special Dietary Requests on the Disney website for extra information. The Disney Food Blog is also a great resource for gluten-free options at WDW. And if you have specific questions, or want to plan your daughter’s gluten-free diet in advance, you can e-mail Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com
I hope this helps your planning. Let us know if you have additional questions.
    Have a magical day!
