My daughter has a gluten allergy (celiac disease). What gluten meal options are there at Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Magic kingdom?

Hello, Ashu and welcome back to planDisney!

Ashu, I'm so happy to talk with you about dining around the Walt Disney World Resort. This June my mother who is gluten free will be traveling with my family on our next trip so I appreciate this question.

Ashu, as there are quite a lot of allergy friendly options at Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT and Disney's Animal Kingdom, let me first point you to THIS PAGE where you can view the variety of restaurants. Make sure you use the filter tab and only select the parks you wish to view. When you click on a particular restaurant, you'll see a "view menu" option to the right of the photo. While I'll highlight a few choices below, you may wish to go back and reference this page to explore any other options that look delicious! When viewing each menu, make sure to scroll down as the allergy options are at the bottom.

At Magic Kingdom Park, my kids will often want to stop and see their favorite alien singing at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café. HERE you can view the menu, where at the bottom you'll see Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly options. You're even able to Mobile Order allergy friendly options like a cheeseburger served on a gluten-free bun. At The Crystal Palace (reservations accepted), you'll find gluten free options for both adults and kids like Blackened Catfish and Shrimp, Roasted Chicken Leg and more

At EPCOT, I'll highlight one of my son's favorite lunch spots: Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue. This menu features great gluten-free options like the Kids' BBQ Rib. If you'd like a side of entertainment with your meal, check out Biergarten Restaurant and the allergy-friendly menu offerings

Headed over to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Satu'li Canteen has great bowls available with tofu, beef, chicken or shrimp. Another great option at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park located in Africa is Harambe Market

Ashu, I hope this helps give you a bit of inspiration and some ideas of where to find the perfect gluten-free meal for your daughter. If you have any other questions, please come on back to planDisney.

    Bon Appetit!
