Hey there, Lisa, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the planDisney panel with your question! I’m excited for your daughter;
Disney’s Animal Kingdom is my favorite theme park and is the perfect way to spend some time in Walt Disney World. Admittedly, I may be a little biased. Make sure that your daughter brings back some merch from her visit. Animal Kingdom has some really unique souvenirs.
Lisa, your daughter’s
Disney Park Pass reservations are automatically linked to her
Theme Park tickets. So gaining entry into the Theme Park depends on which Theme Park ticket option your daughter uses. Since your daughter does not have a mobile device, she can use a
MagicBand or Disney Ticket card to enter the Theme Parks. Physical Disney Ticket cards can be picked up at the Animal Kingdom Theme Park Ticket Window by the person who purchased the ticket. The ticket purchaser will be asked to show their ID, and the credit card used to purchase the ticket to obtain the physical ticket. If your daughter has a MagicBand, it can also be used to enter the Theme Park. If the MagicBand is properly linked to the reservation, then the person who purchased the ticket will not have to be present for her to enter Animal Kingdom.
I hope this helps, Lisa! Let me know if you have any other questions!
You’ve got a friend in me,
