My daughter has food allergies. I know Disney is great about this, but I was wondering if there was a website that lists ingredients of foods served so that we can look before hand. On past trips, desserts are often limited for her. Thanks so much!!

    Hi Lynn,

Food allergies can be tough on a family especially on vacation. My youngest daughter has a shellfish allergy and I always feel Disney does a great job of taking care of her.

My recommendation is to reach out to the team of cast members at specialdiets@disneyworld.com. This team is there to help you with your daughter's dietary needs.

While it is easier at a table service restaurant to have the chef make accommodations for your daughter, the counter service restaurants are in line to make a change as well. One place my family loves to dine is in Land Pavillion at Sunshine Seasons. I always find they have a huge selection of food options and everyone can get something.

Let us know if you have any specific questions about your daughter's allergy and we may be able to give you a more personalized response.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
