    My daughter and her family’s account are linked to mine but it is not sharing photos on both. When I try to link my magic band number to her account it says it is already linked. Plans were on both but not photos. How do I do that?

    Hi Trudy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I bet you are having the BEST time with your family at the Walt Disney World Resort right now! I went on a trip with my parents and my children a couple of years ago and we made really special memories together. We had our My Disney Experience accounts linked and it was super easy to share plans and PhotoPass photos that way. We came home with hundreds of photos and we still look back on them often!

    When logged into your My Disney Experience account, click "My Family & Friends" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. You should see all of the accounts that you are linked with. If you select "Update" next to your daughter's name, a box will appear that shows your sharing preferences with that person and it includes a spot for Disney PhotoPass Photos. Make sure the box next to that is filled, because that means that you are sharing PhotoPass photos with your daughter.

    If the box is checked, but you are still having trouble with sharing photos, either call (407) 560-4300 for technical support or visit a Disney PhotoPass Center or Guest Relations in the theme parks. Cast Members at these locations should be able to help get everything all straightened out for you!
