we are going with our daughter & family to disney world. they want to spend a day at one water park. We dont . what theme park would you say take 2 days at for adults? or what to do for down time?

Hello Shelly! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

While the Water Parks at Walt Disney World Resort are splash-tacular adventures for many Guests, I can understand how they are not for everyone.

While your daughter and her family are zipping down Miss Adventure Falls at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or plunging down Summit Plummet at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, there are a few adult-sized activities that you can focus on.

The favorite adult-friendly Theme Park at Walt Disney World Resort for my wife and I is Epcot. Here, the World Showcase presents cultural entertainment, dining, and shopping that is appreciated by the older Mouseketeers and provides a taste of various countries from around the world. In addition, Epcot is usually hosting a Festival such as the 2019 Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival in the Spring or the 2018 Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival. These Festivals bring even more adult-centric activities to Epcot for your enjoyment.

Disney Transportation to Walt Disney World Resort Water Parks flows through Disney Springs. If you prefer to spend some of your "downtime" outside of the Theme Parks, Disney Springs is a great venue to spend hours experiencing world-class dining shopping and entertainment.

    Have a Magical Visit!
