My daughter is dressing as Elena of Avalor when we dine at Cinderella's Royal Table, and she wants to bring the Scepter of Light. Does anyone know if we are allowed to bring accessories like this into the park if we don't buy them in the park?

    Hi Lynn!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your great question. I hope that you continue to visit the Moms Panel while planning your upcoming vacation!

Your Princess-in-training is gearing up for the most unforgettable Fairytale dining experience at Cinderella's Royal Table. We most certainly want her fitting in with her fellow Disney Princesses! Your daughter will be allowed to take her Scepter of Light into Magic Kingdom Park. How else would Elena control her magic? I do however recommend leaving the Jaquins at home. We would not want them to take flight inside the restaurant.

You do not need to purchase costumes or accessories in the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks in order to wear them there. However, there are a few rules to keep in mind, most of which are outlined in the Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules and Regulations.

Did You Know? Your daughter can meet her favorite Princess, Elena of Avalor, alongside Cinderella at Fairytale Hall in Magic Kingdom Park! Elena loves welcoming royal Guests such as yourself and your daughter to her enchanted setting. Maybe your daughter and Elena can even compare Scepters!

Lynn, I hope I have helped answer your questions. I would love to help sprinkle your vacation with even more Pixie Dust. If you have any other questions, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again.

Wishing you a Vacation Filled with Endless Magic,
