My daughter has Down Syndrome and a hard time with crowds after breaking her neck. She has never been to Disney and we'd love to take her, but we're concerned as she loves the princesses but has a hard time waiting in line - what can you recommend?

    Hello, Kathy!

First visits are so magical! I remember the first time our little Mouseketeer saw Cinderella Castle and the expression on his face was unforgettable. Waiting and enduring long lines can be a challenge for both parents and Mouseketeers, so I am happy to offer a few suggestions to help you with your daughter's first visit.

    1. Utilize FastPass+. This complimentary service is included with theme park admission and allows you to reserve up to three experiences per day in one theme park. Since your daughter is a princess fan, use FastPass+ to secure a time to Meet Cinderella and Rapunzel at Princess Fairytale Hall or Enchanted Tales with Belle.

    2. Consider booking a meal with at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall or Cinderella's Royal Table where princesses come to your table.

    3. Disability Access Service. DAS is designed for Guests who are unable to wait in a regular queue and works like FastPass+ with short wait before entering the attraction. You can request DAS at any theme park Guest Relations Lobby.

I hope this helps to ease your concerns, Kathy. Please let me know if I can answer another question for you as you plan your magical visit.
