Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering features with the
My Disney Experience mobile app are so very cool and convenient. On my last trip, I took advantage of mobile ordering while riding the Monorail from Epcot to Magic Kingdom Park. Once inside Magic Kingdom Park, I selected the "Prepare My Order" feature before walking up Main Street U.S.A. to the restaurant. Within minutes I received a notification that my order was ready for pick-up. I arrived at the restaurant, and I was able to go directly to the food pick-up counter when I arrived. All in all, I estimate I saved about 30 minutes by not waiting in the busy lunchtime crowd line.
As a self-professed gadget geek, I find questions like yours really interesting, and I always love to try and help when I can. Unfortunately, I have not seen the specific message that you mention. There are a few pieces of information that could be helpful to sleuth out the problem, such as whether you're seeing the message on your device or your daughter's, which mobile platform you're using, and whether or not you have the most updated version of the app. For these reasons, I think the best guidance I can offer is to
