    Hi! My Daughter and I have 14 days left!! Super excited! Just purchased Mem Maker online, I only have a confirmation #, not a ticket #, so it won't accept to link. Will it automatically link to our magic bands? Or do I do something when I get there?

    Hiya Pal! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We’re so happy you’ve returned to bring us your question. Only a few more days to arrival day? Yay! I'm so excited for you! 

    Emilia, Memory Maker and Disney’s PhotoPass are probably my favorite product and service offered at the Walt Disney World Resort. Pictures are always my favorite souvenirs and what better way to keep the entire family in the picture then by having the talented Disney PhotoPass Photographers take care of it! I love not having to worry about taking the picture but I actually get to be in it. Picture that… Mom, in the picture. It’s brilliantly magical!

    Emilia, when I’ve purchased Memory Maker online, it usually pops right up in My Disney Experience account. Have you checked your account to see if it’s already there? You can check by logging into your account and selecting your character. That page should display all your vacation reservations and details. Scroll all the way down and see if it’s in there. If not, I’d suggest reaching out to Disney’s Internet Help Desk where a helpful Cast Member can access your account and give you more specific details. You can reach them at (407) 939-4357.

    I hope you are able to link your Memory Maker and get it all ready to collect all your magical memories from your visit soon. Be sure to ask your Disney PhotoPass Photographers for Magic Shots when you’re getting your pictures taken. You never know which special character or added pixie dust can appear on your photos!
