My daughter and I will be coming in Oct to celebrate her bday & her 1st visit. Can she get a bday pin? Also what is the security like at the ASMu? Any suggestions besides the Halloween thing (which we are going to do)? We have a 4 day park hopper.

    Hi there, Heather!

    Happy birthday to your daughter!

She can pick up both a Happy Birthday pin and a First Visit pin at check-in at Disney's All-Star Music Resort; make sure to let your Cast Member know about this special celebration so s/he can customize the buttons for her. And you, of course, should get an I'm Celebrating! button to share in the fun.

Because the Walt Disney Company values the safety of each of its Guests, security at every Disney Resort is excellent. There is, in fact, a comprehensive overview on Park and Resort safety and security available online for the public to read. You can find it here: http://thewaltdisneycompany.com/about-disney/security

And as for fun things to do in addition to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party? I would need just a bit more information about your daughter before I would feel comfortable making recommendations (if she's turning five, for example, I would certainly not suggest a mother/daughter night out at Atlantic Dance Hall!). If you'd like, drop me a line with her age and her favorite character/s. That can start me in the right direction.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
