My daughter and I are coming in early November for our annual girls trip together. She JUST announced she is pregnant with our first grandchild. Her nursery will be in a Winnie the Pooh theme. Is there a way to have some Winnie gift waiting in the room?

Welcome to planDisney, Grandmom Stacy! :-)

Oh, what a wonderful addition to your annual girls' trip to Walt Disney World: a baby on board! Best wishes, one and all!

You are going to have so much fun celebrating your special trip together and imagining glimpses of baby-to-be on a very first trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. SO fun!

You'll be thrilled to know that Disney Floral & Gifts has returned to making magical memories for Guests of Walt Disney World, so take a look at some of the beautiful Celebration Baskets that are available at this time. For more specific information on a surprise gift that suits your daughter's nursery theme, call a Dream Maker at (407) 939-4438.

When we visit Walt Disney World over a special occasion, I'll often bring a secret stash of themed decor, sprinkling items throughout our Walt Disney World Resort hotel room while others are occupied elsewhere. (Shower time is perfect because you know you can keep decorating as long as that water is running. :-) ) Pick up a few board books for the baby, a Winnie the Pooh and Pals Bath Toy Set, an adorable Winnie the Pooh and Pals Blanket SleeperWinnie the Pooh and Pals Soft Blocks, a super-soft Winnie the Pooh Baby Blanket, and hide them in your suitcase for later setup.

Another option is shipping a gift package filled with your surprises to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Use the address listed on your resort's homepage, then add your own name--labeled "Guest" and the dates of your stay--and the package will be waiting for you upon arrival. If your resort has a Ricoh Business Center, your package will be available for pickup there during business hours. If your resort does not, your package will be waiting for you at your resort's Front Desk Services. (Be sure to time shipping properly to allow for a possible delay. We send our packages at least a few days earlier than we need to, just in case.)

Of course, you'll want to keep your eyes open for some very special souvenirs as you travel the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs. We've found countless items for baby at World of Disney, so I'm sure you'll spot some priceless Pooh items, too!

Enjoy this wonderful opportunity to spend time with your baby girl before the THREE of you can enjoy the parks together, Stacy. As you plan your stay, be sure to send additional questions our way. We love to help!
