When our daughter was a child I purchased a child pass for around 10 days. The ticket is one that does not expire. Now that our child is an adult but there are some days left on the pass is there an option to upgrade it to an adult pass. Many thanks.

    Hello there, Michelle!

I’m glad you found us here at planDisney and asked your question about theme park tickets. I hope your last visit to the Happiest Place on Earth was filled with magical moments!

I can’t recall a non-expiring option for Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park tickets in the recent past, but there is certainly a way to look into this and see if your daughter’s old ticket still might be valid. The best way to inquire is to call the Disneyland Resort’s Tickets line at (714) 781-4636 to receive live assistance. Be sure to have the ticket handy when you call so you can provide the ID number to the Cast Member you speak with.

If by chance the ticket you have is actually for the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks in Florida, please call the Existing Tickets line at (407) 934-7639. A Cast Member will be happy to help you find out if it still has value that can be converted to a usable adult ticket.

I hope this information helps and that you’re able to plan another pixie-dusted vacation soon, Michelle! Please feel free to write back with any other questions you may have as your trip approaches.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
