My daughter has celiacs , do you have any recommendations for dining?

Most of the table service restaurants can accommodate special dietary requests, if you are going somewhere that requires reservations, like Chef Mickey's.  You can purchase fresh fruit through out the park, my daughters best friend has Celiacs disease and she was in Disney for the first time in September with us.  We found in the morning at the hotel, we could get fresh eggs, and were able to get juice, and what not.  We found ourselves asking lots of questions.  Disney wants you to have the most magical experience as possible, they want you to come back, then your kids will bring their kids and so on.  We loved a place called Jiko-The Cooking Place, its located in the Animal Kingdom Lodge resort, it has the best vegetarian meal.  Ask questions and it will be okay.  Good Luck!!!
