My daughter has celiac's disease and has dietary restrictions. She cannot eat anything with dairy, egg and gluten including soy sauce. Are we able to get a list of restaurants where we can make reservations ahead of time to accommodate her?

    Hi Dianne,

I'm so happy you asked about this before your trip.  You won't need a list of restaurants to choose from. Walt Disney World Resort has a culinary team that is totally dedicated to creating enjoyable and safe dining experiences for all of their guests.  They will accommodate you; not the other way around.

When making your dining reservations please note that someone in your party has a food allergy.  Make sure that once you arrive the restaurant you make your server aware of the situation (your server will always ask if there is a food allergy). There are also allergy-friendly menus available.  The chef at each restaurant will personally speak with you to ensure that whatever dish is prepared will not have the allergen in it.  They make every effort to prepare safe meals for guests with allergies and diet restrictions.

If you are dining at a Quick Service restaurant please tell a Castmember what your concerns are.  A manager will bring you a list of all the ingredients used in each menu item.

I really hope this information helps you.  Have a wonderful trip!
