    My Daughter celiacs desease which means she is unable to have any wheat, or Gluten she is also cannot have milk products. Does any of the resorts or parks have diet specific food choices?

    Walt Disney World makes every effort to accommodate guests with special dietary requests. Most of the table service restaurants can accommodate special dietary requests. It is so important to Disney  that each guests needs are met, they have department dedicated to assisting guests with special diets. You can reach them at (407) 824-5967 or by e-mailing SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com. It is helpful for guests should advise the cast members of these food allergies and intolerances at the time of booking their dining reservation. Guests are also welcome to speak to a chef or a manager on duty when arriving at the dining location. I have met several of the chefs at the parks finest restaurants and I was amazed at their knowledge, insight and helpfulness. They will totally be able to help make sure that the meal is yummy and meets everyone's needs. I hope this assists you and helps you make this the best vacation yet. Have a magical day.
