    My daughter has celiac. How do I find out about Gluten-Free options?

    Hi Elizabeth,

    I'm happy to tell you that you are not going to have any issues finding gluten-free options for your princess.  Disney is so accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions.  When making dining reservations please make sure that you note the restriction.  I also recommend that you let your server know that your daughter needs a gluten free meal.  The chef will come to your table to discuss food options.  If you're dining at a Quick Service, please ask to speak with the manager.  They do have a book with a list of ingredients of every option that is served.
