I hope your daughter is on the way to healing soon, I'm sure a trip to the Disneyland Resort will lift her spirits! I spoke to a helpful Cast Member, and there are not official Disneyland Resort
Property Rules or policies that will prevent her from boarding attractions with a cast on her arm. However, it is recommended that you speak with your daughter's physician for guidance. They will know more about the severity of her injury and what stage in the healing process she is in. I would also inquire about range of motion and if the cast can get wet. Guests may get wet on attractions such as Tiana's Bayou Adventure, Grizzly River Run, and Pirates of the Caribbean, so you'll definitely want to take the proper precautions!
Once you have that information, I hope you'll be more comfortable with deciding which
attractions to ride. The cast on her arm cannot interfere with safety restraints or harnesses, and a Cast Member at the attraction may assist you to confirm in person when boarding that specific attraction. When you arrive to the attraction, I would speak to a Cast Member for their advice, and let them know about your daughter's cast to see if they have any recommendations or concerns.
There are several attractions where the normal use of your arms and hands help you fully enjoy the attraction such as Toy Story Midway Mania!, WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure, Autopia, Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes, and Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, so I wanted to call those out specifically for you!
If for some reason your daughter is unable to enjoy certain attractions, you could also explore
Rider Switch. Rider Switch will allow the adult members of your party to take turns waiting with your daughter or other family members or who are not riding the attraction, and then allowing them to experience the attraction without having to wait in the standard queue. You are able to filter the list of attractions that offer Rider Switch in the
Disneyland app as well!
