My daughter can't tolerate fructose -- especially high fructose corn syrup. She will end up with tummy aches and vomiting if she eats/drinks too much of it. Are there ingredient lists available, or other ways I can know how to help her eat/feel well?

The Food and Beverage team at Walt Disney World is happy to accommodate guests with food allergies or intolerances.  When you book a dining reservation please specify your daughter's intolerance of fructose. You may also speak to a manager or a chef at any quick- service or table-service restaurant when you arrive to ask what items contain high fructose corn syrup. Prepackaged food items will have a list of ingredients on the label. You may also contact SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com at least 14 days before your arrival and after booking all your dining reservations. For more information about food allergies and intolerances and how Walt Disney World will accommodate them check out the Special Dietary Request page.

Seeing how willingly cast members try to help you with your child's dietary needs will be one way you will experience the Disney difference! Have a magical vacation.
