    My daughter bought tickets for her & friend. Friend is now unable to go & we would like to switch her ticket to myself (mother☺️) Amy asked this question & 2 #’s were given however the #’s state their too busy to answer. What do we do?

    Unused theme park tickets can’t be assigned to another person online, so you will indeed need to call the resort at (714) 520-6222 (the Website Support department) or (714) 781-4636 (Reservations and Tickets) for assistance. I know that call volume is high at the moment, so you might experience an extended hold time before speaking with a Cast Member. Your patience will be appreciated! I seem to have better luck when I call first thing in the morning before the lines get too busy. You also have the option of visiting a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth in person to get assistance with transferring the ticket into your name.
