    My daughter and I bought Annual Passholder (Fl resident) tickets in March of this year. Were we supposed to get a magnet and other items/info? Also, how can I get the magnet that was sold for the Flower and Garden Festival? We were supposed to be there f

    Congratulations and welcome to the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder family! 

    I totally understand your excitement regarding your Walt Disney World Passholder magnet--I look forward to that magical piece of mail each time we purchase one. :-) 

    During usual circumstances, it may take a little while for that "Welcome to the Passholder Family!" mailing to reach you--with that coveted magnet inside, of course. Recently, however, Cast Members may need a little extra time to package up your very own parcel of pixie dust, so keep your eyes on your mailbox for its arrival. 

    We missed our trip to Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival this year, so I was thrilled to see that Guests will be able to see the "newest topiary, Remy, in the France pavilion and find Flower & Garden merchandise" sprinkled in with "global goodies of Food & Wine" starting July 15.
