A royal hello, Samantha, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's great to see you hEAR!
I’m so glad your daughter was able to experience the magic and wonder of a royal transformation at the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at the Disneyland Resort back in February! Since you mentioned being able to see your daughter’s
Disney PhotoPass pictures previously, it sounds like your
45-day window has most likely expired. Here’s how it works: When you pre-purchase a PhotoPass, it will be saved in your Disneyland.com account. Once you’ve linked your photos, they’ll remain in your account, available to download until they expire 45 days after capture. But, there is still hope! I recommend contacting
Disney’s PhotoPass Guest Services, and hopefully they'll be able to help you find and restore those photos. You can reach them at (407) 560-4300, Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
I actually just experienced a similar situation with my family’s Disney PhotoPass photos from our visit to the Walt Disney World Resort in early March. I also forgot to download our Disney PhotoPass photos within our 45-day window, so I contacted Disney’s PhotoPass Guest Services, and after providing basic account information, a Cast Member was able to help restore my photos to my Disney account for an extended length of time. I hope a Cast Member will be able to locate your photos and help you get back on track to download them soon!
If you find yourself needing an extra sprinkling of pixie dust from home, I highly recommend checking out the Disney Parks Blog and the
#DisneyMagicMoments series! Learn how to make
Mickey Mouse-shaped Beignets, listen to the
beautiful voices of the Dapper Dans, and
zoom around the Incredicoaster on a virtual ride!
Best of luck with your photos, Samantha! Wishing you many more magical adventures to come!
