Hello, My daughter has autism and has a hard time waiting in line for certain rides. I am trying to schedule an appointment with DAS but can’t figure out just how. SOS! We are going on Sunday, May 1.

    Hi Andrea!

Welcome to planDisney! I am so happy that your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is so close! You'll be able to enjoy hugs with the characters, and all of the nighttime spectaculars that are back! Disneyland Forever and World of Color have returned and it is so wonderful to experience these shows as a fitting end to an amazing Disneyland Resort vacation!

Andrea, seeing as you will be at the parks shortly, the only way to register for the Disability Access Service is in person. You will need to head to Guest Services at either Disneyland Park or Disney's California Adventure Park and speak with a Cast Member who will be able to assist you in registering for the DAS service and making your first DAS attraction reservation. In the future, you can register for DAS at home by using the DAS Advance chat, which is available 2 to 30 days before your arrival.  You can engage in a live video chat with a Cast Member who will be able to set up the DAS and up to two DAS reservations per day. It is a wonderful option for families to have their park experience streamlined before they arrive.

I truly hope you have an amazing time at the Disneyland Resort!

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
