My daughter will be 3 on August 18th. We are not wantng to be a Disney World on her actual Birthday but will be a few days before. Do I just bring her birth certificate or do I need to purchase her a ticket since she will not be 3 at the time we are there?

    Hi, Ashley!

Mickey Mouse is a pretty trusting kind of mouse, so if you say she is 2,  that is all he needs to be told - no questions asked!  And, since guests under 3 do not require a ticket, your little princess will be admitted free into all the theme parks!  Just keep her in her stroller as you go through the turnstiles, they will open a special gate so she can stay comfortably in her stroller.

Even though your daughter will not actually turn 3 until a few days after your vacation, why don't you celebrate while your are in WDW?  Get a free Happy Birthday button at any guest services location.  It's never too soon to wish a princess a Happy Birthday!  Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
