    My daughter attends college in Florida. Is she eligible to purchase an annual pass as a Florida resident?

    Hello, Caitlyn,

    The Florida Residents Passholder Program is such a great option for local residents, especially with its payment plan.  In order to be eligible, your daughter must present proof of Florida residency such as a valid Florida driver's license.
