Hi! My daughter and I will be arriving in about 3 weeks and are planning on playing miniature golf at Winter Summerland one day. What is the easiest way to get there via Disney transportation? Thanks for you help!

    Hi Margaret,

Welcome back to planDisney! I’m so happy to see you back again to ask us your question. Looks like you’re about to tee up some seriously fun Disney memories. Wishing you the quickest countdown to the magic that ever was!

A quick story time: On one of my last little staycays, I took my whole crew over to Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf, thinking it would be a quick “let’s try something different” moment, and it turned into one of the CUTEST, most unexpectedly fun parts of our trip. I loved that we were able to have a day with no rushing, no ride strategies, just us laughing, getting a little too competitive, and soaking in that quirky holiday vibe in the middle of a Florida day. Truly one of those hidden gem experiences that just hits different. I know you and your crew are absolutely going to love it!

Now let’s get you there nice and smoothly! The key is to make your way to Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, since Winter Summerland is right next door. If your Disney Resort hotel offers direct bus service to Blizzard Beach that day, that’s your easiest option. Hop on, and once you arrive, it’s just a short walk over to the mini golf courses.

If there isn’t a direct bus running from your resort, head to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park and transfer there to a Blizzard Beach bus. It’s usually a smooth and simple connection. Make sure you give yourself a little extra time and let the journey be part of the fun. Now, if you wake up that day and just want the most direct route, a Minnie Van or rideshare will get you there quickly.

One last tip: Make sure you check out the My Disney Experience navigation feature to help you move around the resort easily. It’s like having a little GPS with pixie dust and will walk you step-by-step through the best route using Disney transportation.

Margaret, I hope you and your daughter have the sweetest time. It’s the kind of experience that ends up being a total “hole-in-one” memory! Don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you need any additional planning tips!

Happy planning and see you in the magic!
