My daughter and I will be arriving early in the morning. However, we can’t check in (to Boulder Ridge) until 4 pm. Would we be able to go to the parks before check in time, using the Disney transportation at the hotel?

    Hi Stephanie,

Absolutely! Even though your room isn't guaranteed to be ready until 4:00 P.M, when you arrive at Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, you can check-in at the front desk. You can complete the check-in process and give the Cast Member your cell phone number. Once your villa is ready, they will text the room number to you. This way, once you get back to your resort, you can head directly up to your room. Bell Services can store any luggage for you while you head out and enjoy the parks. Simply give them a call once you are up in your room and they can bring your items up to you. The buses to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Park are out the front lobby doors and down the walkway to the left. Once you are staying in Boulder Ridge, the bus stop walkway is actually quite close to your room. If you are heading to the Magic Kingdom, you will want to take the ferry boat over to the park.

You are welcome to enjoy all of your resort amenities once you arrive. This includes the swimming pools, restaurants, transportation, and more. Disney's Wilderness Lodge is so beautiful! You are going to have an incredible time together.

    Wishing you magical memories,
