My daughter and I are arriving very early in the morning and flying a "non-preferred" airline so we cant do the to your room luggage. Since we will be checking our bags with Bell service is there a way to pay for our bags to be put in our room?

    Hi Alexandra,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

I have two potential solutions for you. First, if you’re flying through Orlando International Airport and planning to use Disney’s Magical Express in order to head to Walt Disney World Resort, please check in with the Cast Member at the arrivals desk. They may be able to take care of your luggage for you, even though you weren’t flying with a participating airline!

If that’s not an option, then when you arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel and ask Bell Services to store your luggage, you can ask them whether in-room delivery is available. Based on my past experience, it’s usually reserved exclusively for Guests who used Disney’s Magical Express for their luggage (and isn’t available to other Guests, even for an extra fee), but it’s always worth a try!

I hope my answer helps me plan your upcoming vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
