Hi! My daughter will be just 10 when we arrive, can she order from the children's menu if we are on the Disney dining plan? I'm worried she won't eat anything from the adult menu, especially at the table service restaurants. Thanks

    Hi Kelli!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I'm happy to hear you'll be taking advantage of the benefits of the Disney Dining Plan during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. My family loves the dining plan - with over 200 restaurants participating in the plan, we can always find dining choices to please even our pickiest eaters! We enjoy knowing our meals are already taken care of, even before we arrive for our vacation.

While the Kids' Menu selections are designed for little ones ages 3-9, your 10 year old is more than welcome to order off that menu if she likes. My daughter sometimes prefers the selections on the Kids' Menu (she's 14), and on several occasions, we've asked our server for a slightly larger portion of a Kids' meal for her. The restaurants at Walt Disney World are more than accommodating to Guests, and they will be happy to allow your daughter to order off whichever menu she prefers.

I hope this helps with your planning and preparation for your upcoming visit to the most magical place on earth! - Diane W.
