Hi Jaime!
It's wonderful to hear that your daughter has been approved for the
Disability Access Service (DAS.) The DAS system is designed to assist Guests who are unable to wait in a conventional queue environment due to having different abilities as I like to say. With DAS, you can request return times for attractions through the
My Disney Experience app, allowing you to enjoy other experiences or quiet places while waiting virtually.
Once you enter the theme parks, you'll be able to see all the eligible attractions and experiences available for DAS return times directly in the app. You can select an attraction and request a return time, similar to a reservation, allowing you to return to the attraction later without needing to wait in the regular line. You’ll enter through the Lightning Lane queue. Your daughter will need to tap her
MagicBand+ or Theme Park Ticket first at the point of entry. The Cast Member will verify that it is time for your party to return and verify that your daughter is the one with DAS. The rest of your travel party will then enter by tapping your MagicBands or Theme Park Tickets.
Regarding Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, these attractions are typically included in the DAS list of eligible attractions. However, it's important to note that if an attraction is experiencing downtime or technical issues, it may temporarily not be available for DAS return times until it is back up and running.
To make the most of your DAS, be sure to keep an eye on the My Disney Experience app throughout the day for the most up-to-date availability of attractions. This will ensure you have the latest information on which attractions are available for a return time.
I hope this helps you plan a magical day at the parks! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask. Enjoy your Disney adventure!
