My daughter has some anxiety about swimming or doing water slide without her scuba mask. Are you allowed to wear a mask when visiting the Disney World Water Parks?

    Hello Robby!

Disney's water parks are an absolute blast! Each has their own distinct atmosphere and theme, but both are full of splash-tastic fun! Last week I noticed that lifeguards were not allowing swimmer to wear scuba masks outside of Disney's Typhoon Lagoon's Shark Reef snorkeling experience. The lifeguard explained that they do not allow swimmers to wear any masks that cover the nose while swimming or utilizing the slides. However, they do allow regular goggles that do not cover the nose. While that may not be the answer you were hoping for I hope it helps you with your planning.
