Hey there, hi there, ho there, Melania!
You’re as welcome as can be to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. And you are as welcome as can be to the Disneyland Resort as well. That’s because the Disneyland Resort is among the most
allergy-friendly destinations out there.
A number of Disneyland Resort
dining locations have allergy-friendly menus available online. Some examples in Disneyland Park include
Hungry Bear Restaurant and one of my family’s favorites,
Galactic Grill. In Disney California Adventure Park, you’ll find online allergy-friendly menus for locations such as
Pacific Wharf Café and my favorite place for a milk allergy-friendly Pork Ramen,
Lucky Fortune Cookery.
At many dining locations, recipes and preparation methods may be updated from time to time. To make sure that the latest allergen information is available to guests, dining locations typically have allergy-friendly menus and nutritional information available upon request at the restaurant. When making
dining reservations online or by
phone, you’ll have the opportunity to note
special dietary requests related to allergies or accessibility needs. When you arrive at a restaurant, I recommend asking to speak with a chef or other Cast Member trained in special diets to discuss your particular needs. If you have unique concerns, I’ve always received very helpful responses when I have
emailed a Special Diets Cast Member.
Getting toddlers around the Disneyland Resort can be helped with your own stroller from home or with a
stroller rental available just outside Disneyland Park. Personal
strollers that are no larger than 31" x 52" are permitted. Note that
wagons, including stroller wagons, are not permitted at the Disneyland Resort.
As you continue to prepare for your visit to the Disneyland Resort, I hope you’ll come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you may have. Have a magical time, Melania!
