    My Daughter has an allergy to meat, we are going to the Caribbean beach in Oct, they are under refurbishment . I cannot tell by there menu what is available to vegetarians

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where it's always an added pleasure for me to assist a fellow Guest from the United Kingdom with their jolly holiday plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort! 
    Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a firm favourite for my own family which is why I'm quite sure you're going to enjoy a wonderful time staying within the tropical island villages of this beautiful and lush Resort. 
    I totally understand your concerns for your darling daughter's meat allergy and am happy to share that most Special Dietary Requests can be met at Walt Disney World Resort.  
    I'd like to allay any concerns by saying that my dear husband has Type 2 Diabetes and often consults with a Cast Member or Chef for sugar free alternatives etc and in our experience we've found it no bother at all visiting Walt Disney World Resort with a special dietary request.
    My best tip for taking care of individual dietary needs is to be sure to note the allergy on each Advanced Dining Reservation; this way the Cast Member server should already be alerted to your daughter's meat allergy and will be ready to discuss meat-free alternatives and her particular needs. 
    For your added information at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort the dining options are listed here; each individual location does provide a menu which can be viewed by following the view menu link found to the right hand side of the main picture.
