Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Diana!
As an allergy parent myself, I have been in exactly the same position as you are now: making sure there are safe foods for my little one to eat when we visit a new place. While I have seen both milk and soy options, almond milk is generally not carried at the theme park and resort shops. Since Walt Disney World Resort hotel rooms have a refrigerator, I recommend purchasing almond milk for your daughter either from a local grocery store, if you have a car, or using a grocery delivery service, such as Garden Grocer, that will deliver groceries directly to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. This way, you can be sure your daughter has the almond milk she is used to during your vacation.
You are also free to bring outside food and drinks into the theme parks, provided you do not bring in any glass containers. So I would recommend bringing almond milk for her with you to the parks in a cooler so she can have a safe drink during your park days. Just make sure your cooler is smaller than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. While Walt Disney World Resort does an amazing job at accommodating
Special Dietary Requests, I like to bring safe treats and snacks with me to the theme parks to make sure I am prepared with alternates for those times when something tasty just isn't safe.
Please let us know if you have any other questions! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
