My daughter age 10, has celiac disease, Can anyone make recommendations for places to eat either in Magic Kingdom or Epcot, that cater to these needs? We will be staying at the Port Orleans Resort. This is her first visit Thank You.

    Hi Jay,

Rest assured that Walt Disney World takes special diets very seriously and offer a great variety of options for Guests, just like your Daughter, with restrictions or allergies.

I'd recommend that you visit some online, unofficial Disney websites such as www.allergyfreemouse.com for great researched and compiled listings of celiac-friendly and gluten free dining options around the Disney Parks.

If you'd like to speak to a Special Diets specialist Cast Member, you can email your request for information to Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com and you'll receive a personal response to your questions. You can also visit the Special Dietary Requests page on the Walt Disney World website.

If you will be making any Table-Service dining reservations online, be sure to indicate the allergy or intolerance with your reservation and your Server will know right away to advise you of the menu offerings available.

I hope that this information has been of help and wish you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
