Hello again, Elliott,
Thanks so much for returning to
me here at planDisney with another great question about your jolly
Walt Disney World Resort holiday during the Springtime month of March next yEAR.
Elliott, I'd like to begin by reassuring you that the needs of
Guests with cognitive disabilities such as ADHD and ASD will be fully understood when visiting Walt Disney World Resort, and that your dEAR family as a whole, will be provided with sympathetic assistance at all times by helpful Cast Members.
With so many exciting
Attractions to enjoy at the most magical place on earth, you'll be spoilt for a choice of which one to enjoy together first! Personally, as a huge Star Wars fan, I simply can't wait to join Rey and BB-8 as they battle the Dark Side on
Star Wars: Rise of Resistance within
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at
Disney's Hollywood Studios.
I believe the
ride access passes you're enquiring about, are what's known as the
Disability Access Service (DAS). Elliott, I'm very happy to share with you that in my own experience of using the Disability Access Service (DAS) for a close family member with a hidden disability; that we were a party of 6 Guests and were able to utilize this wonderful service together as a family.
The only caveat I can recall pertaining to the use of the Disability Access Service (DAS), is that the Guest who is the registered (DAS) holder must enjoy the Attraction at the same time as the rest of the party.
Elliott, I sincerely hope that I've been able to provide you with a little pixie-dusted insight once again! If you should happen to have any further concerns about the use of Disability Access Service (DAS), it's always possible to contact knowledgeable Cast Members direct by emailing -
