Why hello there Judith, it's great to welcome you to planDisney!
Whenever planDisney Panelists are out and about at Disney Destinations around the world, collecting research and observing Disney Experiences it sometimes feels like we're Roz from Monsters Inc.: "Always Watching!" However when it comes to helping out fellow guests and Disney fans heading over to Walt Disney World Resort, we often do like to personalize the experience as much as possible for everyone - but sometimes there are even details too personal for us to even have access to, which includes information about anyone's history visiting the theme parks throughout the years!
While I love a good mystery to solve, this is something that unfortunately falls out of the purview of planDisney and is perhaps better suited to
our friends over at Guest Services who may have additional access to your Disney accounts to see where any inconsistencies may lie. Your best and quickest bet in this case may be to
call them directly about Existing Tickets and be prepared to provide the Cast Member assisting you with as many details as possible to help with the process.
(I personally experienced this over the past year when one of our tickets was accidentally used as we scanned into the theme parks instead of our Annual Pass, which seemed to be a glitch that we were able to have resolved over with a quick
visit over to Guest Relations once we had noticed it.) In the meantime, I do hope that you come back to us here at planDisney again for any other tips and tricks that we'd be able to help you with ahead of your next Disney adventures together!
