It's great to see you here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Catherine!
I love squeezing a little extra magic into my day whenever I can, which is why I love the opportunity to enter certain areas of the theme parks early, before any other guests, at Early Morning Magic, an event that is offered at both
Fantasyland at
Magic Kingdom Park and
Toy Story Land at
Disney's Hollywood Studios. I can totally understand why your family would be eager to get tickets to an event like that!
Early Morning Magic is so popular with guests that, about a month ago, it was extended to include dates through the end of September for the event in Fantasyland, and through the end of August for Toy Story Land. I had a look at some of the early September dates you're trying to book for your vacation, and if there is no availability popping up for the days you're looking for, it is likely because the event has sold out. Tickets for Early Morning Magic are very limited and guests really love this special event so it does tend to sell out pretty quickly. If Early Morning Magic is high on your family's priority list, I would suggest
calling over the phone (it's toll-free from the UK) to check for sure and see if there is any availability left.
There are a few other special events happening at Walt Disney World Resort during your vacation, including
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which takes place exclusively for the enjoyment of guests visiting during the autumn season! It is also a limited-ticket event that takes place in Magic Kingdom Park, so you will get to enjoy the theme park with fewer guests inside than normal, and some special Halloween fun and entertainment. If your family is a foodie family like mine, you're going to love the delicious treats that you can only find at the Party!
I hope this answers your question, Catherine, and let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
